The fees for delegates have been subsidised by the Abu Dhabi Chamber and Commerce & Industry demonstrating its commitment to encourage learning and excellence in the UAE and globally.

Fees

Registering for the Congress and Gala Dinner. Registration includes full admission to the 3 days of the Congress. It includes access to the exhibition hall, lunches and refreshments during the Congress sessions. It also includes the Congress Gala Dinner on the evening of the 11th December.

International Delegates, ACE Team Members - US$ 400 per person.

Speakers selected through paper submission - US$ 215 per person.

Registering for the Gala Dinner, 11th December only - US$ 120 per person.

Participants in Competitions

For participants in the APQO's ACE Team Competition there is a separate process for registering for the Congress. If you are successful with your entry you will be asked how many people you will be bringing to the Congress and invoiced directly.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation must be given in writing. Refunds are as follows;

After 1 August 2018: full refund less US$50 administration fee
After 1 November 2018: no refund


The Global Organisational Excellence Congress reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event or lecture session. In the event of the cancellation of the full Congress, the organisers will refund all registration fees less any non-refundable deposits and expenses. Please be advised that the Global Organisational Excellence Congress management or Asia Pacific Quality Organization are not responsible for any airfare penalties or other travel charges and custom duty taxes you may incur during your visit to the United Arab Emirates. You are advised to purchase your own travel insurance against such occurrences.

There are many hotels close to Jumeirah at Etihad Towers Hotel to suit all budgets. 3 star hotels in Abu Dhabi are usually like 5 star hotels in other countries and offer very reasonable rates. Taxis also are readily available and offer reasonable prices, approximately US$5 or 20AED from other Corniche (West or East) or central Abu Dhabi locations. Taxis from Corniche locations or central Abu Dhabi may take from 5 to 20 minutes to reach your destination.

Travel Visas

United Arab Emirates requires entry visas from most countries. For information on your visa requirements please go to https://www.mofa.gov.ae/EN/ConsularServices/Pages/Visa-Information.aspx

If you do need a visa please do not leave it to the last minute. Apply at least 2 months before your planned travel to prevent any unnecessary inconvenience.
